The Noxious Token is a Currency, just like Gold and Premium Points. It can be used to purchase equipment, outfits and items in general: both from NPC's and from players. It is also the preferred currency on the Noxious Item Market. Some custom NPC's, such as the Greedy Goblin, sell useful items in exchange for Noxious Tokens.
You can win them by playing (and usually winning) Events.
